Zero is not liable for any consequential damages or losses.

Warranty claims require contacting the installer or contractor for diagnosis and then contacting Zero with relevant documentation.

This warranty supersedes all prior agreements and constitutes the complete understanding between the parties.

Disputes are settled by binding arbitration, not by court trials.
